Lack of understanding from managers of day-to-day impact of their decisions

Good if you are in the right team

Cons

Management don't spend enough time with technicians to understand their roles and this results in processes and practices being forced upon employees which are completely impractical and create more hurdles and hoops to jump through than necessary.

The company has good culture and provide employees with work and life balance, management team is very down to earth.

Cons

The benefits package is not very compatible to others in the same industry especially no glasses which most of the employees are wearing for reading.
