      Pros

      Top in reinsurance sector,very respected,good team,progressive approach. The staff mostly stick with the company for long run and all the top positions are mostly held by them.

      Cons

      I think that the pressure is sometimes too much to handle.Also, if you want to climb up the ladder you need to know few people at the top.
