Large company good benefits with good vacation.

Cons

They play the game of being inclusive but you do not break the glass ceiling into AVP and above after the age of 50+. They also like to hire SVP's children that get the fast track to prime positions and promotions.

Improved maternity leave and support package, great benefits plus bonus payments when company succeed. Currently looking into culture - diversity, equity and inclusion.

Cons

Small subset of colleagues have mindsets that are hard or slow to change, whether that's on hybrid working or some of the culture improvements. It depends on the team and the part of the business you work for on how successful change has been.

Good salary, great benefits and all the national holidays off

Cons

The company doesnt believe in full time remote even though they made alot of money during Covid and the worked remained busy.
