      Very flexible, provided a great work/ life balance. They pay well according to your level of experience.

      They tend to have layoffs which are not communicated beforehand.

      Good team and many learning opportunities. Very diverse and concrete work for the interns.

      Cons

      Few spots open to get a job the next year. They don't hire all of their interns and they don't usually make offers at the end of the summer (need to apply through regular process)
