      Great management support. Encouraging environment. Innovative relative to industry. Very keen on continuing education, must be willing to learn news things in changing environment.

      None at this time really. Maybe improve on building stronger base for growth and positioning.

      As an intern I was worked with an underwriting team. Real experience and great opportunity to learn !

      I would have like more help to find the accomodation. Not so easy for non german speakers. It is easier to join a Swiss company.
