      Great people, industry leader, job security, commitment to learning and career development, attractive suburban location, attractive compensation.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. Internally focused. Ability to play internal politics is essential for promotion. Relationship with parent Company has heavy influence and can be difficult to manage depending on job role.

      Pros

      Truly international company that provides great training and looks after its people exceptionally well. If you want to spend your career with one company, this is the kind of company you want to join.

      Cons

      Downside of the above is that it can be a bit paternalistic, which does not appeal to everyone. It can also make it a quite political environment.
