Pros

Big company name recognition, learning resources, young employees get lifted up to management.

Cons

Most puppyManagement doesn’t know the trenches therefore overload on work is usual. No actual job reviews. Very clique like culture. Upper management always hires family and friends. You have to have a certain look or be o certain age to be promoted with a title.

Pros

Good place if you are unambitious and seek a stable, safe career. Excellent work life balance accordingly.

Cons

As an employer they dictate terms. Nothing is on the table. Take it or leave it. Old perks and benefits rapidly eroding, but the company continues to view itself magnanimously.
