Stable pay and large company with the ability to move around.

Cons

Blatantly did not listen to employee preferences regarding WFH. Mandating 3 days in, while most other brokers/carriers are providing flexibility with 2 days in office. Very limited flexibility in the U.S.

Paternalistic company that is always growing. Competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunity if you're willing to do the work for it.

Cons

Strong culture that moves very slowly. Many employees have long tenure and are uncomfortable with change, making much needed change take that much longer and more uncomfortable.
