Pros
Great development if you want to grow career. There is flexibility in role to work what you want to work on if you are interested in learning something new.
Cons
I wish people had a more holistic view and were more focused on resolution rather than deciding whose responsibility something is to resolve. I prefer a more collaborative workspace focused on solutions and getting things done quickly. I feel like part of this is because the company is so big so things take longer than I like.
