Good salary overall and good compensation

Cons

very outdated company, very behind in technology, free lunch but no free coffee, it doesn't have the right set up for online meetings, no basic sound proof spaces for calls, the offices a beautiful on the outside but not confortable on the inside. Everything moves very slow, decisions, goals, they are still figuring out how to be a good employer in 2025. Not recommended if you're starting your career. If you have a family and you need a slow job then go for it!
