      However, it's important to have realistic expectations regarding compensation. There are no performance-based bonuses, and the budget for salary increases is just 0.5% per year. Therefore, your initial salary negotiation is the most critical factor in determining your long-term earnings, as even top-level individual performance does not result in meaningful financial reward.
