Pros

Lots of overtime, friendly people, working in a rewarding and caring environment, helping people, flexible hours, bonuses, enhanced pay at Christmas and new year and bank holidays.

Cons

Unsociable hours, the pay is very low compared with the amount of responsibility given, the work can be emotionally straining and the job can be draining, the shifts are at times very long, the breaks are very short.
