Pros

Probably some of the nicest people I have and will ever work with. The staff is incredibly welcoming, kind and fun. Great location and sometimes good perks like tickets and events and annual parties.

Cons

new management has completely ruined the easygoing happy environment in the company trying to transform it in an average corporate company.

Pros

The NHS is a fast pace industry that functions 24 hours a day. Despite contracts stating 09:00 to 17:00 hrs for Senior Management positions. It is not for the faint hearted. It takes a lot of commitment, dedication and hard work.

Cons

The continual cut back in resources, with the expectation to still produce the same or better results. The work load is massive, unrealistic and unachievable with all the limitations and constraints.
