Pros

Fantastic colleagues! Good central London location if that's where you want to be.

Cons

Where shall I start? Management is concerned with pushing patients through, no concern for quality whatsoever. The systems are antiquated, way too much paper shuffling and inefficiency. Making suggestions for change are not taken well, will get you black-listed. Nothe treated respectfull'y as a professional, LOTS of turnover with heavy locum use.

Pros

Very considerate employers, feels like you are working towards something better than yourself and a great bunch of people from various backgrounds.

Cons

Long hours, demanding and sometimes emotionally straining, however the pro's out weight the cons.

Pros

Little likelihood of being out of work. Good variability in experiences. Not much else to be honest, it is a public sector job after all.

Cons

Poor pay. No respect for its staff. Awful hours. Constant chipping away at quality of job contract. Little time for continuous professional development
