Pros

Good pension at the moment, however this may change as it already has once. Childcare voucher scheme, good annual leave entitlement

Cons

Poor pay progression. No real pay rise for several years. Government need to recognise for many newly qualified staff they earn just about a living wage

Pros

The NHS was an amazing place to work, the coworkers are friendly , the patients are friendly and the managers are friendly.

Cons

The hours are quite difficult from time to time and like any other job involving health care. It leaves little time for a social life outside of work.
