Pros

I work in a very good team, flexible work schedule, oppertunity for personal developement if you are inclined to progress yourself. Good work location in town, comfortable work environment.

Cons

NHS overall is under financial strain to keep a balanced budget and come up with cost saving solutions. This could have a future affect if a deficit occurs and bring about some uncertainity if extreme cost saving measures have to be put into place.

Pros

Most colleagues have the best interest of patients at heart, and it's good to know that you are part of a team working towards a common goal.

Cons

Some managers advance their career through seniority rather than skills, which can be frustrating at times because they might mean well but don't have a clue about how to handle certain situations of work towards a specific target.
