Pros

Job satisfaction that comes from any NHS Job role whether it clinical or clerical. Flexible working hours good team workng. Supportive of personal development by providing a wide ra range of training covering all job grades with recognised acreditation upon satisfactory completion. Easy access to in house counseling and advice if required.

Cons

Recent Government cuts to all services resulting in pressure on staff to complete more tasks within strict deadlines. Most of the internal systems such as ordering and health rosstering the advisors are based in London and can be difficult to get a quick response and resolution to any issues.
