Good camardie and very good career opportunities. Makes a difference to peoples lives.Good all round experience with hands on experience in many areas. Friendly and approachable staff offering to help whenever required

No downsides really except you could work long unsocial hours Sometimes I have to work with accuracy and speed working alongside people with challenging behaviour Keeping up with annual mandatory training
