The other staff are wonderful. That is the people that you actually work with. I have made some good friends there.

Cons

Too many managers giving too many workers a hard time. You can blame the Tory government and stealth-privatisation for that. I hate my job now.

Poor pay only 1% rise in last 5 years and set to remain so.D0H trying to cut unsocial hours pay. Never enough staff to deal with patients needs. Poor work life balance
