Great people, always work to do - nonstop - no pressure to get a ton of work done. Interesting work.

Cons

Phone calls from lawyers expecting to be put ahead of everyone else can get frustrating. Lots of standing around photocopying.

Pros

Very good amount of annual leave. National pay bands (although they don't increase). Good pension (which I'll never actually receive). Excellent on the job training (But no more bursaries for future students).

Cons

Limited career progression in my area of theatres. Managers with either no clinical experience or Nurse managers with no formal leadership training which hosts a very poor leadership and management technique on a national scale.
