Pros

Surrounded by fellow professionals and help isn't ever far away.

Cons

Progression is tough when you're not in with the right crowd/clique. And it's like walking back into secondary school the way people gossip, as a newly qualified radiographer I found this really strange.

Pros

Lots of overtime, lots of experience

Cons

6 weeks training needed before actually starting taking calls. Training involves lots of reading and in my opinion is outdated. Low pay.
