Business Outlook
Pros
Met some great people. The company is pretty big so it is a good experience in seeing how a big company gets things done. The Embedded Academy, through which I entered the company, was very interesting and expanded my embedded C knowledge. I had a lot to learn from this project.
Cons
After the Embedded Academy ended I was benched. Most of my Academy colleagues were in the same situation. The pay didn’t change, I was still having a part-time contract. This situation lasted for almost three months after which I quit because I was feeling I am not growing professionally anymore.
