      Pros

      Lots of learning platforms and projects. Pay is good and remote work is still going strong in the company. Each client is different so no dull days

      Changing teams can sometimes be a bummer for already established best practices

      Great benefits, work from home, great work ethic, great team building

      Cons

      Salary is not as high as competition (but benefits are much higher), first promotion requires you to be in the company for at least a year, same for raises and bonuses
