      Good For Freshers not for Experienced

      Pros

      * Even non technical Freshers get a chance to work as L2 * 40 days leave annually + 10 days Holidays :) (though you might not get a chance to utilize all) * No work load...

      Cons

      * No opportunities to learn/work on different technologies * Vary difficult to move to a different project * No career growth for real techies * Immatured Management. Anybody can become manager. * Even Managers/HR are not aware of Policies. * No one cares for the people working in shifts. If you are working in shifts be ready to starve.

      - Good Projects and clients, so you'll never be out of work

      Cons

      - No clear direction from management - Compensation is not good, appraisals are not good - HR team is not good. Everyone complains about the response and feedback of the team.
