      It would be a great learning experience for freshers. Great Management

      You have to wait for your promotion and hike as they change their policies very frequently and you always end up with loosing your potential money and promotions. Continual changes in policies makes irritated.

      Senior management are truly terrible, No leaders only managers, Lack of training, Lack of team-building exercises and opportunities, Long working hours, General dissatisfaction from majority of other colleagues, Strong emphasis on sales - if you're not good at this then look for a job elsewhere
