      Keeps the employee to stand strong on any technology. Good Work-life balance.

      Cons

      Poor in Communication and failing to show the career growth to the employee's. Some senior management failed to drive the company in the right direction which led the employee to dissatisfy on the career growth. Always scary to invest on any technology growth.

      Great place to start a software career, will get a great work environment and office culture. Great flexibility in getting trained across different practices

      Compensation benefits is not on par with the counterparts and information passed on to the employees regarding the changes in company policies is not clear and transparent

      Located in downtown Boston, decent benefits. Opportunity to work with many talented people

      Senior management is in Plano, Texas. They are not diverse in make up and manage towards goals that benefit them and their careers. It is very difficult to get recognition for being a good manager or employee.
