      Pros

      Work Life balance. Lot of leisure time as less work.

      Cons

      I have worked in this company for 4 years in multiple locations below are the Biggest De-merits. Exams to attain hikes and promotions. Zero Learning as projects are with limited work. Unethical Managers. All the practices are moved to one location (Bangalore). Training resources for a specific domain which is of no use. Many employees leave this company within 2 years as they are dis-satisfied with the compensation process.

      Very large portfolio of solutions, financial stability, enormous capability and presence globally.

      Cons

      Portfolio is so large, it is difficult to focus on what is most relevant for customers. Training is mixed, very lightweight. Total lack of communication from executive management.
