      Pros

      Dimension Data has a lot going for it. Brand, global reach, and most of all people both technical and sales. Customers like Dimension Data. In many cases manages to have a smaller company feel than what it really is. For the most part it does not have lots of political issues internally which is great.

      Cons

      There is a definite culture of hard work / long hours, making it hard to keep on top of everything. From time to time it can be hard to get things done when dealing with particular business units.

      Growing careere wise is the song we sing everyday ,good working enviroment ,job security,opportunity to learn and meet great pplple,traveling to different countries,uniform solutions and as long as you have worked in dd you could work in any part of dd in the world since the culture is similar,automated and latest technology being used in dd offices.and more to that dd pays for your exams that are related to your line of business where else can you surely get this?
