      Pros

      Great company to work for. Their benefits and pay scale were more than fair. If a positon does not work out they do whatever they can to find another position for you. NTT Data also has online training available to help you become the best consultant you can for your client.

      Cons

      The HR department and the representatives that help you find new positons were mostly from India. The accents were very heavy and hard for me to understand over the phone. Their email conversations are short as well and sometimes lacked in all the detail information you would like to have. I would have appreciated someone with an American accent to be available for me to speak with. The only other con was the fact that they were merging with an American consulting company and were in the process of combining all their online HR information. Links given to HR information were not always correct and the site was very hard to find information on.
