      Pros

      It is a peoples company. Good spirit amongst workforce, management is not to proup to talk to the people. ideas which are bounced at management are listend to and worked with.

      Cons

      well, compensation, specially financially is not up to spec, specially in sales / pre sales. compensation, for the variable part of the package, is based not on your individual performance as a pre sales, but on the in country (DD countries have their own P&L resposibility) results, which is rather unfair.

      Flexible in work schedule to a degree. Good opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Very low end of the compensation spectrum with no special benefits to justify it. Executive team is very cheap.
