      Pros

      My direct manager was a great leader, mentor, and friend. He truly cared about each team member. He would meet with us every morning in an informal staff meeting that I actually looked forward to. We were a cohesive team. He’s got too much talent and integrity to be working for Nemak.

      Cons

      The plant is in the middle of the deep valley part of the automotive industry cycle. If you like the Squid Games, this is the corporate version.
