Great pay, benefits, and compensation packages.

Cons

Poor management, poor communication, LOTS OF RETALIATION, lots of rumors, poor processes. Poor attitude towards production workers from HR, Poor company contract adherences, No work life balance. Overall a lot of bad things occurring.

It is nearly impossible to get fired.

Cons

There is no clear leadership. Things that seem like common sense are routinely neglected. The Automotive Industry in general is stressful but working for a supplier is like running on a treadmill where you can't ever get ahead. There is no work-life balance.
