I have worked with a lot of great people who understand the industry and want to improve it. The ability to work with different cultures and travel around the world is great.

Cons

The compensation is below market value from what I've found. Along with working and collaborating with many great people, there are quite a few duds in the bunch. The work/life balance can be unfavorable if you let them take advantage of you.
