      Pros

      I have been working at Nemak for a couple years now, and I think that they offer their employees a lot. They have tuition reimbursement, multiple types of training from entry level, to supervisor level, to mid-manager level, to manager level. There is a lot of room for advancement & they really allow for internal growth & promotion.

      Cons

      Nemak has some long hours, and depending on who your manager is, they are not very flexible with those hours. There are also still some employees who have an "old school mentality" which really makes them difficult to work with.

      Good pay, lots of opportunity to try new things. 8 occurences that renew every 60 days.

      Cons

      Very dirty, unsafe facility. Supervisors sought numbers and did not care about the safety aspect. Not allowed to drink water while at work station.
