      $$$$$ .......seriously, money.... they pay handsomely....(word minimum so i'll keep talking)...good, quality people join for the pay, decide the work/environment is not worth the pay, then leave...

      Cons

      No work/life balance. No training. Pay attracts quality people, environment sends them away... More work piled on you? it'll count against you on the performance review no matter how many hours you worked or how much you've communicated its not humanely possible. RUN!!! Run from this company and don't look back!!!

      Nemak pay isn't that good for as hard that you have to work

      Foul language is used everyday. Pay is not very good at all. Does not take care of machines.

      Very performing company of international level, with top performing management. Career velocity is good and the quality of learning very high. Salaries are on average. Recently listed at the Mexican Stock Exchange

      Cons

      Not very well known brand outside the industry. Prodcution facilities generally located in second-tier cities. Travel, especially for production manager, might be required. Working hours sometime very long
