Nemak is a good company to work overall, but plant level not sure. (some plants)

Pros

Globally, Nemak is a good and sector leader company. International trainings were so helpful to see employees from other plants, and share the culture and experiences.

Cons

Plant level review, problem at plant level should be reviewed better than HQ does currently, there are some plant that have really high circulation of employees because of people's relationship in plant level.
