Non-management people are great to work with, cooperative, and supportive to success.

Cons

Management is very hostile, threatening, barbaric, uneducated, arrogant, and demoralizing. There is little to no real training, yet you are expected to perform as if you have been thoroughly trained and have years of experience with the company. The company is also way too top heavy with layers of management. When you work for this company, it is expected that you will sell your life to them and are expected to be on call 24/7. The company does not value its employees, their families, or the community. It's all take and no give by the company.

Global Company where I have relation with many different cultures and types of organizations. Great opportunities to grow and learn Competitive company in the industry, main global supplier for aluminum components.

Cons

Automotive industry is slowing down almost in every region, prices for car components are reducing. Electric vehicles might impact the company eventually, since Nemak's main customers are not going fast enough with this trend.
