      Pros

      Its one of the most important compañies in Mexico, the #6 to be exact.

      Cons

      I dont really have any downside working in this company, to only thing its that sometimes it can be frustrating not having the amout of sales you really wish to have. Saling this kind of servicios its a little more process.

      Pros

      Great benefits and working schedule. Work 2 on three off and rotate. No holidays off shift salary. Great people your working with.

      Cons

      Fluctuations in market typical for automotive. Fine it funny they have 30 bosses for every hourly employee. Cut fat . Less than 2 percent of upper plant management has completed 4 year degrees.

      $$$$$ .......seriously, money.... they pay handsomely....(word minimum so i'll keep talking)...good, quality people join for the pay, decide the work/environment is not worth the pay, then leave...

      Cons

      No work/life balance. No training. Pay attracts quality people, environment sends them away... More work piled on you? it'll count against you on the performance review no matter how many hours you worked or how much you've communicated its not humanely possible. RUN!!! Run from this company and don't look back!!!
