      Very performing company of international level, with top performing management. Career velocity is good and the quality of learning very high. Salaries are on average. Recently listed at the Mexican Stock Exchange

      Not very well known brand outside the industry. Prodcution facilities generally located in second-tier cities. Travel, especially for production manager, might be required. Working hours sometime very long

      Nemak had great Technology, Product profile and customer profile. Great geographical advantage. It has growth growth potential and financial stability.

      Cons

      Too conscious approach for the developing economies. It need to be more sensitive to customer and should not only be driven by size and volume.
