      Really liked working with the people they were great, you quickly become a family.away from your family. Decent pay

      Pros

      I'm employed at the Sheboygan Gateway plant. Since Nemak took over, so much has improved. Everyday it seems like something new is going on. Management does their job, while us, the employees, do our jobs. The morale is great...better than it has ever been before. Excellent benefits and pay.

      Cons

      We could have better vending service in our lunch rooms, and a bigger parking lot. I also wish there were programs in place for time share, etc.
