      Great benefits for full time employees. 401K, FSA Account, personal time, and vacation.

      Cons

      Recent layoff has everyone stressed out as to stability of company. Stressful work environment due to uncertainty of job stability.

      Pros

      - Young and vibrant team - No work pressure - Pick-up and drop + food (breakfast and lunch) provided in the premises - Overseas travel opportunities

      Cons

      - Located in the outskirts of Chennai (Ford Supplier Park 2, Maraimalainagar) : travel time from the city takes longer time. - Poor work-life balance (office timings - 8am to 5:30pm General shift). If starting from city, you head out at 6:30 pm and return by 7pm. Working days - Monday through Saturday. - Lot of politics within the peer group.
