Pros
The pay is good. You have a couple people willing to work to make change, if the site can figure out how to keep them.
Cons
If you're one of the ones willing to work to improve, you're going to feel like you're beating your head against the wall. The managment team is a clique and if you're not in it, you're ignored and not taken seriously. The Wisconsin site is hemorrhaging key talent because of the culture. Corporate is interested only at paying lip service to safety and operational discipline. Sites get funding for expansions but not to improve existing equipment. Projects are started but rarely finished, and if they are, it's months behind. People are not held accountable appropriately.
