Pros

My smaller company got acquired by Newmarket. Newmarket was great at onboarding us and making us feel a part of the team.

Cons

The executive I worked for was very unprofessional when I gave my proper notice that I was leaving. I don't believe this is a reflection on the company.

For those living in south Miami north 152 st it is good driving to the place, no traffic jams Corporate level onsite management do their best to keep a family feeling atmosphere

Cons

Software development direction is very immature and overzealous and frustrates new initiatives Not a good place if you are looking for professional growth on the long term

Pros

Management makes everything as comfortable as can be. I felt almost at home around such nice people. Everyone looks out for each other and there are constant events that always keeps things fun.

Cons

The work can be a bit overwhelming, and I think this applies to every department. Management can sometimes be overly ambitious in their goals.
