* Great company to work for and have in your resume! (Worldwide company) * Bonuses are always good, but could be more generous. * Great people to work with in the company * A great amount of different errors occur, which means a lot of experience to gain. * Benefits are great.

Cons

* You will notice a small culture going, and you may not be part of it. * Pay could be better for the amount of software that you will have to support. * Raises are kind of very small, but they are something. * Promotions only provide a small boost in your yearly salary. * There is room for advancement, but it is scarce.

Never boring. Supportive team member, professional and appreciative working environment. Employees morales are high. Newmarket (now Amadeus Hospitality) is a great place to learn and sharpen your creativity and problem solving skills. It is a great place for independent people who are comfortable with new challenges and want to be a part of the solution; Can do Will do attitude + accountability mindset are generally shared within the company. It invests seriously in employee relationship.

Cons

The nature of software [+hospitality] industry is fast paced. There are rapid changes in every aspect of the operation and may jeopardize the work-life balance; Dont mistaken it as slavery-workplace, it is not. Generally, the performance expectation is high. Personally, I enjoy it; I always learn something new.
