Good Open Flat Hierarchy Culture, open door management and culture both locally and globally help each other to grow they even have a global idea and implementation sharing group to exchange ideas and product developments.

Pros

Great atmosphere, culture, they let you show how mature you are and don't want hand-holders. Friendly environment and minimal turnover but local talent pool very shallow.

Cons

managers have to learn how to hire quickly when they find the right candidate. They're used to slower hiring cycles but company again in growth mode and losing candidates because they don't move expeditiously.

I like the culture and variety of work. Not overloaded at any time and all the colleagues and management is friendly and very understanding

Cons

The place is a big drawback, people used to living in Portsmouth / Dover area will love it
