Pros
1. Most of people are very motivated in this company. 2. many supports for female employees. 3. payment for entry level engineer is not bad. ※ if you like your job, and treat this work as an interest, then it can be a good choice.
Cons
1. poor training system, poor team work. you are gonna be full responsible of things you haven't been taught by anyone. It leads to high pressure, and unnecessary long working hours. 2. the company is not considering your situation, when it comes to job location and personal interests. 3. very conservative and narrow minded work environment. ※ This is only about the situation in manufacturing engineering department in Japan.
