      money wasn't horrible, there was freedom in the position but that didn't matter when it comes to a pay check

      management treats employees like animals, about everything was depressing due to the fact that their is extreme favoritism...I moved upwards and onwards

      Company is having queit international environment. People are from different kinds of countries. Good for experiencing multicultural working environment.

      Cons

      Promoting or motivating employees scheme is really bad. People normally easily get frustrated after joining for a while. Therefore turnover of employees is quiet high.
