Pros
Very strong corporative culture and spirit, discount for "Nissan" and "Infinity " cars (even if not a lot, I had 10%, I know that lower level position could get only 5%, while successful person from Sales Department could get 30-35%) depend on CEO in your office, compensation on transportation expenses (for higher level of employee could be given "Nissan" car) and compensation of lunch (like it was 5$ only per day, but it was OK in location where I had been working) and cell phone compensation (absolutely no punishment for using cell phone for private calls because plan was fixed), insurance for you and 2 your family members (for family members you need to pay extra, but possible that it will deducted from your salary).
Cons
A lot of hours extra work and if you work Finance or Accounting Departments the balance of working hours and free isn't OK ). Finance center in France which collect information from almost around the world data and because of time difference you will be always depend on them.
