      Pros

      great pay, meet strong people, great retail work experience and great networking capabilities. management training is great and alot of role playing is done to promote employees to work hard to get promoted.

      Cons

      long hours, no holidays off, you can not call in for anything (unless you are dead, then you need to schedule that day off)

      Pros

      Nissan is strong managing their inventory. Some of the management team are very good, especially on the marketing planning side. Compensation is middle of the road.

      Cons

      Politics plays quite a big role at Nissan. If you are unfortunate enough to get assigned to the wrong team, your life can be miserable. Teamwork only exists in limited quantities, instead be prepared to cover your back at all times. Backstabbing is a sport here,.
