Good work/life balance, respect for family needs. Good mix of tech but it depends on which product you end up in as there is a wide variety of old and new products available. Good and able colleagues for the most part, result in a good work environment. Remote work friendly as of late.

Cons

Wages and raises are usually underwhelming compared to the average. Best you can do is negotiate a good salary on hiring.
